Jens Daniel's iJanus Managed Forex Program is designed to exploit very short-term price trends in short-term time periods by trading major dollar currency pairs, key cross rates and liquid emerging/developing market forex. Jens Daniel may, but is not required, to use exchange-traded derivatives and off-exchange derivatives to hedge open positions, among other things. Jens Daniel’s primary universe of currencies includes, but is not limited to, U.S. dollar pairs, cross rate pairs, key developed market dollar pairs and emerging market currency pairs.

Jens Daniel’s Project1 Managed Forex Program is designed to exploit price trends in short-term, intermediate-term, and long-term time periods by trading the major dollar currency pairs, key cross rates and liquid emerging/developing market forex. Jens Daniel may, but is not required, to use exchange-traded derivatives and off-exchange derivatives to hedge open positions, among other things. Since October 5, 1998, Dr. Jens Daniel has been self-employed as a medical doctor (general practitioner). From August 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010, Dr. Jens Daniel, as a principal of Janus Systems UG (“Janus”), managed customer funds with respect to trading in the “Project1 Program.” Dr. Jens Daniel’s specialty is the automation of rule and indicator-based strategies. He believes that he is an expert programmer in MQL for the Metatrader 4 platform, and he develops his own trading strategies using proprietary algorithms. On September 18, 2009, Dr. Jens Daniel co-founded Janus. Dr. Jens Daniel is currently a shareholder and the managing director of Janus. Janus creates software and trading systems for trading in the forex market. From August 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010, Dr. Jens Daniel, as the trading principal of Janus, managed customer funds under the Project1 Program. During this time period, Dr. Jens Daniel managed customer funds as a trading advisor not subject to registration with the CFTC, because forex firms were not required to be registered prior to October 18, 2010. Dr. Jens Daniel has traded proprietary funds in the Project1 Program from September 1, 2009 through present. In addition, Dr. Jens Daniel has traded proprietary funds in the iJanus Program from September 1, 2009 through present, but has not traded any customer funds under the iJanus Program.
